Lily Elmore is the Contracts team member responsible for managing various contracts on the Vineyard Wind 1 team, including Second Big Bubble Curtain, Development and Permitting, the Accelerator Fund, and more. Before joining Vineyard Offshore, Lily spent time in Vermont working in clean transportation and providing low-income net-zero housing to Central Vermont. Lily is based in Boston, Massachusetts, and holds a Master's in Energy Regulation and Law from Vermont Law School.
