Francisco Guzman, Senior Contract Manager, manages execution of Foundations Fabrication contracts in the Vineyard Wind 1 project. He has worked in Procurement and Contract Management for 12 years, entering offshore wind after serving in the US Air Force. Prior to Vineyard Offshore, he managed and implemented sourcing strategies in offshore wind projects along the US East Coast, ensuring local businesses have opportunity to take part in the developing offshore wind market.Francisco grew up in Massachusetts, and graduated with a B.S. from the US Air Force Academy and an MBA from Boston University.
