Anan Zhao, Vineyard Offshore’s HLP Environmental and Permit Compliance Manager, is dedicated to preserving the delicate balance between sustainable energy generation and the protection of our natural environment. With expertise in Environmental, Health and Safety, Anan has spent 10 years in EH&S and compliance. With a background in maritime, Anan spent 4 years working in offshore environment. She has navigated the intricate regulatory landscape to ensure our project meet the highest environmental standards. Anan is based in Boston, Massachusetts and holds a B.E. in Safety Engineering from Shanghai Maritime University, a B.S. in Marine Safety and Environmental Protection and a M.S. in Maritime Business Management from Massachusetts Maritime Academy and a certification as Certified Safety Professional.
