TOWER AND WIND TURBINE GENERATOR (WTG) INSTALLATION

Beginning in September the jack-up vessel SEA INSTALLER will be installing the Towers and Wind Turbine Generators (WTG's) in OCS-A 501. The installation will begin at positions that have Monopile Foundations (MPs) and Transition Pieces (TPs) installed. The feeder barges MARMAC 400 & PREVAILING WINDS, assisted by the tugs NICOLE FOSS, MICHELE FOSS, EARL W REDD, HAWAII FOSS, will assist in supplying materials for installation from the staging area in New Bedford, MA. The OSV CADE CANDIES will be supporting crew transfer operations.
