Community

We put communities first in the way we develop projects.  We work with diverse stakeholders to create opportunities and find solutions that uplift the communities where we work. Integral to our work are the new economic, educational, and vocational opportunities that our projects create for local residents and businesses.

Collaboration

We are powered by partnership. We work inclusively with diverse community groups, local businesses, civic leaders, unions, fishermen, and mariners to find common ground and build win-win relationships. We understand that cooperation and communication are essential to building successful partnerships.

Integrity

We do what we say and deliver what we promise. Responsible stewardship is essential to our work, including mitigating the environmental impacts of our projects while protecting marine life and endangered species. We recognize the sovereignty and cultural heritage of Tribal Nations and respect the hard work and dedication of workers, fisheries, and mariners.

We are a dynamic, forward-thinking team dedicated to leading in technology, policy, and public engagement. We drive the responsible development of offshore wind by shaping policies and best practices that support state and national climate and clean-energy goals. Through meaningful community engagement, we build trust, foster support, and cultivate lasting partnerships. Guided by collaboration and inclusivity, we bring stakeholders together around shared goals, setting a standard for the industry.

Innovation

We turn challenges into opportunities, using our creativity to adapt, evolve, and improve. We learn from what we do and put that learning to work. We support research to better understand the environment we work in and how to protect it as we build. We seek out and support innovative companies that are developing new technologies that make offshore wind development more cost-effective and environmentally protective and employ those technologies on our projects.
