Mariner Update

2023 GEOPHYSICAL & GEOTECHNICAL SURVEYS (544-2)

The R/V BROOKS MCCALL and R/V PROTEUS will be executing geophysical and geotechnical surveys in the waters between Lease Area OCS-544 (Vineyard Mid-Atlantic)  and the south shore of Long Island from Rockaway Beach to Fire Island, operations beginning April 15th and continuing through July 2023.

Operations will involve marine remote sensing with gear towed up to 200 feet behind the vessel and will be ongoing 24 hours a day. The CAPTAIN DAVE III will be serving as a Scout Vessel in the waters South of Long Island, NY.
