2024 GEOTECHNICAL SURVEY (522-12)

February 17, 2024

The Research Vessel NAUTILUS will be conducting Geotechnical Operations in Lease Area OCS-A 0522 (Vineyard Northeast) waters with operations beginning February 17, 2024, and continuing through July 2024, weather permitting. Geotechnical operations will consist of multiple core samples being collected throughout the lease area. The vessel will have restricted mobility and remain stationary during survey operations. No sonar is being used and no equipment is being towed during this campaign. The F/V VOYAGER will be serving as a Scout Vessel.

DATES: Beginning February 17 and continuing through July 2024
