William Ross is a Class of 2020 graduate from Tufts University with degrees in International Relations and French. With his Tufts M.S. degree in Offshore Wind Energy Engineering (2022), he has gained offshore wind experience across both academic and industry settings, having also completed internships in New Markets and Bid Development with Ørsted, Vineyard Wind, and most recently Vineyard Offshore. He has now joined Vineyard Offshore as a Business Development Analyst and will be contributing to the Commercial team’s efforts across bid development, lease auction strategy, business case, and more. In his free time, Will enjoys playing basketball and is an avid fan of Arsenal.
