Thomas Atmer, Vineyard Offshore’s ESP Environmental and Permit Compliance Manager, is the environmental professional responsible for ensuring that the installation and commissioning of the Vineyard Wind 1 electrical services platform (ESP) complies with environmental regulations and permit requirements. Before joining Vineyard Offshore, Thomas supported permitting efforts for wind, solar, battery storage, and natural gas transmission projects and served as an environmental scientist on environmental remediation projects. Thomas is based out of Dublin, New Hampshire, and holds a degree in Environmental Studies and Chemical Physics from Tufts University.
